Chakra Balancing

What Are the Seven Chakras?

The seven chakras are energy centers aligned along the spine, each governing specific physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your being:

Root Chakra (Muladhara): Located at the base of the spine, connected to grounding, stability, and survival. Imbalances may manifest as fear or feeling ungrounded.

Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana): Found in the lower abdomen, linked to creativity, emotions, and sexual energy. Blocks can show up as emotional numbness or creative stagnation.

Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura): Positioned in the upper abdomen, associated with personal power, confidence, and willpower. Imbalances may cause low self-esteem or digestive issues.

Heart Chakra (Anahata): Located at the center of the chest, governing love, compassion, and connection. Blocked energy may result in difficulty giving or receiving love.

Throat Chakra (Vishuddha): Found in the throat, connected to communication and authentic expression. Imbalances can lead to difficulty speaking your truth.

Third Eye Chakra (Ajna): Located between the eyebrows, linked to intuition, insight, and spiritual awareness. Blocks may manifest as confusion or lack of clarity.

Crown Chakra (Sahasrara): At the top of the head, connected to divine consciousness and spiritual connection. Imbalances may cause feelings of disconnection from purpose.
